What to expect during your session

After booking your session

Awesome!!! You’ve made the decision to obtain the services of From Nisha’s View. Within the next 12-24 hours, you will receive a call from me. We will thoroughly discuss your needs. This will include time, location, color schemes, wardrobe, & makeup recommendation (I will refer a few makeup artist I currently work with). I also provide a Pinterest mood board to give you an idea of wardrobe styling and posing ideas.

2 days prior to your session

We will remain in contact prior to our session. If any changes should occur, we will have time to address those concerns. If you are feeling nervous and anxious, it’s normal. Just give me a call and we can go over any concerns that you may have.

During this time, we finalize:
hair, makeup, wardrobe, accessories, props (If applicable, I LOVE props)

Final payment of services. Please be aware portrait proofs and final galleries will not be delivered until full payment of services has been received.

On your big day, we have fun!!!

We meet at the designated location and review any poses or special requests.

We will capture different poses, traditional, creative and candid.

Most importantly we will have fun and capture the essence of you/your family.

Terms + Conditions

Likeness

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Client hereby authorizes From Nisha’s View permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all Photographer's printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness will become the property of From Nisha’s View and will not be returned.

Acknowledge Participation

I, ‘Client’ acknowledge that since my participation with ‘Photographer’ is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.

Waived Royalties and Compensation

I hereby irrevocably authorize Photographer to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing Photographer's programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.

I, Client, hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Photographer from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
